Long weekend is coming soon. Do you have any plan to take a trip?

September 7th is labour day, October 12th is thanksgiving day. These two long week end are very close.

Do you see the Link I applied before? http://www.go2eu.com/bbs/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=80165&extra=&page=3. It's one of the introduction of the bruce peninsula. I looked some photos there. It's very beautiful, especially the water. The water is clear and bright with different colors. It's about 4 hours driving from Toronto. Do you want to take a trip there? If you want, please give me a message. I think it will be happier that we take a trip together. I have a plan for two-day trip. We'll go camping or stay a hotel one night.

The maple leaves will change red in October. It sonuds good to Take a trip to Algonquin, enjoy the scenery of red maple leaves.

wow! It sounds great! I love having trip. But my I am afraid that my parents will not agree. And now I am busy studying English and reading and doing some research about Canadian history. Sorry about that. But I am still looking forward to having your photos. That will be really exciting！

Wait, wait and wait. Finally I could practice driving yesterday.

It has been 1 months since I practiced driving at the first time. The coach is too busy to teach me. Every weekend I want to change the coach because I want to grasp driving as quickly as possible, just like grasping English. I tried to find some other coach too. Unfortunately, the experienced coaches didn’t want to teach me because I lived far away. Almost all the coaches live near the area where most Chinese live in such as Scourbough. In fact the coach who teaches me now didn’t want to teach me too. He taught my husband before, that’s why he didn’t refuse me.

Now I should pay $25 per time. I am not sure if it is expensive. Anyway, if I can practice fewer times I think the price is OK. The coach teaches well. I hope I can have the quality to get the driving license after ten times teaching.

I trained turning wheel in residential area at the first time. I didn’t notice the driving speed at all. Yesterday I trained braking, watching the road signs and traffic lights. Most of the time I drove in residential area and sometimes I drove in the busy roads.  I could drove at the speed of 50. In fact I have to because I can’t drive too slow in the busy road.

As a learner, it’s too difficult to do so many things at the same time. Watching road signs and passengers or other cars, giving the turning led to others, watching the speed, braking, etc. I didn’t have any time to see the rear-view mirror at all.

I asked the coach when I can drive by myself. He told me it might practice two times more. I am not sure if I can do it. If I can do this, I could practise by myself when the coach has no time to teach me.  I think he hopes so, he has to accept my call every weekend.

A friends’ family would like to go to the Bruce peninsula with us. I began to book the place for our stay. I called the phones all this morning. But it’s too late. Everybody’s answer is ‘no available’. How regret it is! Next time I should book the place first then ask if somebody would like go with us.

The places to stay have many kinds.  Campground has the regular camping place and camping cabin which has a wood house with water, light and so on. Camping cabin is about $70 per night for 2 adults, 2 kids and a vehicle.  Cottage is my first choice in this trip. It’s a house which has the bed room, living room, kitchen room, etc. Just like a family. The cost is not expensive too. Usually it is from $100 to $200 per night. You can share it with one or two families. Some cottage’s manager would ask you book it at least 3 days in long week end. The cottages have beautiful views, comfortable rooms and so on. As result, all of them are not available now. And later I called the motels, hotels too. The results are same.

The only hope now is I could find a family which would like to share their cottage with us. But I don’t hold out much hope for it.

Yes, it is hot. One reason is long week end. The second reason is that the children will be back school soon. The third reason is good weather.

I can't find anybody would share their cottage to us. I gave up cottage or camping cabin and booked the regular campground site now. Although I never go camping before.

I found an interesting thing when I booked the camping site. At first time, I told the service there were two families, 4 adults and 2 kids. I asked for a site can set up two tents. But her response was I should take two sites. It costs $82 per night, $41/site. Later, I asked my husband to book and I told him not to say two families, just to say we are one family with 4 adults and 2 kids. It costs $57 per night, $41/site plus two extra adults, $8/extra adult. We can set up two tents too. It's same.

The following days are busy now. My original plan is cottage, I don't repare anything for camping yet. Shopping first.

I don't take a trip for a long  long time. So it's a little busy when I plan to go Bruce peninsula.

I made the trip routine from the internet informations in daytime and bought the camping stuffs such as tent, sleeping bag, airbed at night. The English writing and LINC class are put aside.
A lot of things we should take there. The camping stuffs, electric cook,BBQ stuffs,food,clothes, toys,etc. Just like making a move.
I am excited with this trip. The trip began when I began the preparation for the trip.

Every body, have a good weed end.
