To preserve one's eyesight! 因为此处是用在孩子的视力上，而孩子的视力处于Develop阶段，所以用Protect更好！我觉得！-而且刚问过隔壁老英，他也认同。
对成年人而言，Preserve可能就更贴切了。
比如你在例句中所说的“你的皮肤保养得不错”，我就认同而且非常受益呢！！！！

i like sea. although ontario  is not near sea, it has beautiful lake scene. it is also very attractive.

I think so. the lake is big too. Tide rise and fall, like sea.

The lake in the picture is simcoe lake, it's smaller than Ortario lake. In my eyes, it's big too. But the beach is small, that's why you see so many people in the beach.

Today I heard the Wasaga Beach is the best beach near Toronto. XianYun, you can search 'Wasaga Beach' in http://maps.google.ca/. From the map, I find it is bigger than Ortario lake. Between the two lakes, the simcoe lake is so small. It's about 200km from Toronto and the Franklin beach is about 70km.

My friend took the beach chair and boat.
I just took ubmrella(no 'beach' ) .life buoy, cloth,bath towel,food,the toys to play sand... And a important thing to take---sunscreen lotion.

But this beach is small and the parking fee is too high, Maybe you can consider another one.

Yesterday I receive the magazine ‘Today’s Parents’. It cost $1 per month.

I received a fly sheet from Roger’s company after I installed the Roger’s TV cable. Several magazines were listed in the fly sheet, every magazine was $1. I chose the ‘Today’s Parents’.

I like to learn the knowledge about how to be good parents. It’s the drive to help me reading English essay. Many new words are there. I can read it in one month, one by one. A month later, another magazine will come. Go round and round.


My English can improve if I can insist on reading it. I hope so.

I went to the isle in Ortario lake last year. There's not only beath, it's free beach. I saw the persons was on beach in the nude , but only old men

From the shopping experience in Canada, I find it's a good choice to take more your favourate clothes from China.

The cloth’s price is not expensive, especially when it is on sale. But it’s hard to find the cloth fit you. Although the size is OK, but you’ll find the sleeves are too long or the trousers are too long or the cloth’s chest part size are too big, etc. The clothes here are designed for western persons, not us. All the clothes I am satisfied are took from China.

Today I dress a shirt which bought in Canada store. When you see this thread you can know the effect of this shirt.

Next time when I go back to China, I know what cloth I should buy. Last year I took too many sweaters here. In fact, I didn’t need to dress them at all. Even in the coldest winter, the sweaters are lied in the closet. Long-sleeve clothes or adding a coat can be dressed from winter to summer.

But buying the brand shoes here is a good choice. My friend bought the adidas shoes in a store, all are 50% off. If you buy kid's shoes(it has 35-38 size),it's only cost about 20-30. The new fashion, not old one. I plan to buy the kid's shoes for my daughter and me

You're right. Generally speaking, the clothes here is more expensive than those with same quality in China. That's the reason why I suggested my wife to bring more clothes to Canada than anything else, I also told her that sweaters are totally useless in Toronto

I remeber another thing is more expensive than China---- bedding.  The style is so simple and the price is so high. Maybe you can ask your wife take more from China. I am regret I didn't do that.

The bedding prefer to quilt cover, bedspread,etc. not quilt or pillow

Yes, of course. I had already told her that. As a matter of fact, most textile related consumables are much more expensive here, such as clothing, bedding, curtain, etc.

By the way, my wife had arrived yesterday, and brought four big luggages and four handbags. She had brought as much as she could   Luckily, my Buick Century is big enough to hold all of them
