Some people think that parents should teach children how to be good members of society. Others , however, believe that school is the place to learn this.
Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

A child's education has never been about learning information and basic skills only. It has always included teaching the next generation how to be good members of society.Therefore, this cannot be the responsibility of the parents alone.

In order to be a good member of any society the individual must respect and obey the rules of their community and share their values. Educating children to understand the need to obey rules and respect others always begins in the home and is widely thought to be the responsibility of parents . They will certainly be the first to help children learn what is important in life, how they are expected to behave and what role they will play in their world.

However, learning to understand and share the value system of a whole society cannot be achieved just in the home. Once a child goes to school, they are entering a wider community where teachers and peers will have just as much influence as their parents do at home. At school, children will experience working and living with people from a whole variety of backgrounds from the wilder society. This experience should teach them how to co-operate with each other and how to contribute to the life of their community.

But to be a valuable member of any community is not like learning a simple skill. It is something that an individual goes on learning throughout life and it is the responsibility of every member of a society to take responsibility for helping the younger generation to become active and able members of that society.

2.26  参加展会，和法国红酒商人，埃及肥料商人 讲英语。晚上有事情去朋友家，暂停了EWOWING 英语练习。
2.27  和朋友一起去机场迎接了她的宠物狗狗，停止英文学习一天

Today, thanks to modern transportation and well-organized societies, thousands of people willingly and eagerly leave the surroundings where they were born, and the more often they do so, the less sentiment they are likely to have for those surroundings. I lived in England for three years ,and I noticed that boys and girls left their parents' homes and lived in dwellings of their own. There they could just telephone and ask an agency to provide them with a house or an apartment,which was their home. How was the meaning of the word home mean to those people or to families who often move about, living in first one hotel and then another? I believe that for them home means a place where they can have privacy.

Education and Schooling
It is commonly believed in the US that school is where people go to get an education. Nevertheless, it has been said that today children interrupt their education to go to school. The distinction between schooling and education implied by this remark is important.
Education is much more open-ended and all-inclusive than schooling. Education knows no bounds. It can take place anywhere ,whether in the shower or on the job;whether in a kitchen or on a tractor. It includes both the formal learning that takes place in schools and the whole universe of informal learning .The agents of education can range from a revered grandparent to the people debating politics on the radio,from a child to a distinguished scientist. Whereas schooling has a certain predictability, education quite often produces surprises. A chance conversation with a stranger may lead a person to discover how little is known of other religions. People are engaged in education from infancy on. Education, then, is a very broad, inclusive term. It is a lifelong process, a process that starts long before the start of school, and one that should be an integral part of one's entire life.
Schooling, on the other hand, is a specific, formalized process, whose general pattern varies little from one setting to the next. Throughout a country, children arrive at school at approximately the same time, take assigned seats ,art taught by an adult, use similar textbooks, do homework, take exams, and so on. The slices of reality that are to be learned ,whether they are the alphabet or an understanding of the workings of government, have usually been limited by the boundaries of the subject being taught.For example, high school students know that they are not likely to find out in their classes the truth about political problems in their communities or what the newest filmmakers are experimenting with. There are definit conditions surrounding the formalized process of shcooling.

shame and ashamed 是两个不同的单词。

恩，还有the strayed cats , the students who go astrayed  中 stray 和 astrayed 也是不一样的

最近的一批货物碎了的，漏液的不少，处理索赔问题要忙一阵子了。

今天还去了华东进出口商品交易会，远远的看到衣架厂商的展台，吸引了很多国外客商过来参观。阿里巴巴更是主要协助管理商，很多企业都是阿里巴巴的会员。因为该交易会大都是日用品，面向个人的。我觉得自己做工业产品或许还有希望，做日用品的情商严重余额不足，所以赶紧回来索赔。

明天整理下这些事情，6号晚上就飞泰国了，12日晚上回上海，希望出行顺利了。

In today's ever-changing society, charity is taking an increasingly important role in our life. Both of the local communities and the international organizations co-exist therefore it is hard for us to decide which one is preferable. Indeed, different people have different opinion on this issue and there are a variety of standards in the process of decision-making.

Convincing arguments can be made that supporting local communities is effective and meaningful. For starters, with no complex management system, the local communities can easily reduce the management cost and boost efficiency. People in the same community share the similar values and culture, which makes there communication smooth and harmoneous. Consequently, the local communities can achieve there goal by saving time and money. Secondly, the local communities have  deep understandings on the requiements of the surroundings, therefore, they can provide help to the most pressing problems like curbing the proliferation of a infective disease. Lastly, people who support the local communities may harvest a sense of fulfilment in turn by the improvement of the local society.

It is acceptable for some people to argue that we should give money to national and international organizations. They firmly assert that only by international organizations can the thorny problems be addressed, like global warming, famine and illiteracy in some developing countries, and so on. Moreover, the national and international organizations are gernerally more sophisticated in budgeting and operation than local communities because of there integrited organization structure.

In our country, I have to confess that Influence peddling and taking bribes are so common that people are skeptical on local communities. Personally, I think we should support the international organizations because helpling the international organizations can help us thinking global.

1）第一段最好用上However,。
2）中间段落最好用上transitional words.
3) 最后一段用表示结论的词语，比如：To conclude, or whatever.
4）注意一些常用搭配，特别是介词的用法:比如，skeptical on？？。

              我这次去了曼谷和芭提雅，那种灯红酒绿，夜夜笙歌的地方有点震撼到了我本来的一些观念，回来后两三天回不过神儿来呢。今天就去浦东图书馆，还好图书馆的学习氛围很好，看了一下午的英文书，算是回到正常的复习状态了。
