羡慕红酒姐姐的帖子红红火火，我也照着这个套路比划下。要在本月把雅思口语和写作从5.5提高到6，踏上征途了。
12.3  新东方口语5.5分基础教程 1-5（共20课）
准备12.4 新东方写作5.5分基础教程1-5

看完5.5分版后，继续看6分版或者6.5分版。

视频教程来自新东方网校，资料是从淘宝网上低价购得，今天第一天体验，感觉很超值。因为十几G的视频教程，只卖了120.

不管怎么样，今天坚持看完了 1-5，上午和下午分别睡了一会，发现看俩小时后，就很难清醒，明天想办法克服之。

看俩小时后，就很难清醒——
确实如此
我喝点浓茶会有效提神
不过学2小时也必须休息一会了
听听摇滚做做运动，等大脑含氧量恢复了再继续
休息好了才能有效率

我猜测which 指 international communications,因为下面是contribute,没有用单数形式。

contribute 前面有can所以用原型， 不是因为复数。

学习日记之 欲速则不达的开始
12.5日如饥似渴的看写作7分和6.5教程整个白天，晚餐后看CCTV NEWS 频道，太多听不懂的地方，1.5HOUR后晕过去了。
醒来已经是12.6日清晨4.30，俺一睁眼，便拿起《十天突破雅思写作》背288单词，单调加疲惫，于是播放江涛的《八十天突破雅思听力》，完成第41课和第42课。不知何时又晕过去了，早晨10点，客户询价的电话吵醒了偶。偶于是察觉到这样子的学习状态是很不科学的，下午就和朋友喝下午茶吹牛去了。回来后感觉RECHARGED，又看了 5.5分写作教程2-4,4-1,7-1~7-5.

四天过去了，俺判断5.5分教程的内容最适合自己。想到一个月后就要再次考试，偶想起一句经典的话：我知道这开始，却不知这结局。

不过睡眠一定要够，不然影响记忆力啊，学习效率也会下降

好佩服楼主的学习热情，不过我有一点自己的体会，我觉得口语和写作是急不来的，要细细体会。楼主的学习强度太高，而消化过程太少。我也学习了新东方的网校，隔一天学一次课程每次不超过2小时，消化吸收的时间每天大于1小时，加上零碎的时间，每天都要学习2小时以上，用了6个月的时间，写作由5到6，口语由6到6.5。

Now and then when I think of the secondery school times when we were together,I find Mr Wang was really one of a kind.
He was an well-muscled man with appealing eyes .As a teacher of history ,Mr Wang enjoyed imitating the huge celebrities like President Clinton and Indian hero Gandi,which removed the monotonous in learning .His  personal comment offerd us an opportunity to expand our outlook and be critical as he was.He always respected individual differences in the classroom,and motivated us to learn things through understanding.It was Mr Wang who instiled confidence into us.I am influenced and inspired in many ways by Mr Wang.I won't be where I am without his schooling.

Borned and raised in a small village named Warm River village,I attainded in the Warm River Primary School in the middle of our village.I found it funny when playing together with my peers.The classes were facinated as well,because the teachers were knowlegeble,humorous and friendly.They  respected individual differences and encouraged us to think independently.However,we always suffered  from the poor facilities such as broken wooden desks and chairs.There were no heating systems or fires in the classroom so that our hands were red and swelling in the harsh winter. Water supply was a problem in hot  summer,pupils had to take a bottle of water along with them due to the fact that the limited water supply from school was not adequat to meet the need of  all the students.Anyway,I acquired knowledge and skills in the school and spent a happy childhood there.I am so proud that great economic changes have taken place in China and the small school is reconducted and decorated in a modern style.
