I always remember the party we held for Jorsephine's twentyth birthday in the apartment we lived in.I have lived with Jorsephine for many years since I gratuated from university.We have lots of things in commen and we are good friends.
We invited some close friends and cooked for the party ourselves.The dishes,like screamed fish,stewed beef with potatos and toasted chicken ,were all tasty .The friut cake decorated with a gorgeous toy beauty was sweet and fresh.I left for several minutes to make up when they were eating and chatting.After that ,I appeared as Snow white's stepmother and asked "Magic mirror on the wall ,who is the fairest one of all?" They replied :"Surely Josephine is the most beautiful one in the world."Josephine was flattered and excited that night.
Now and then when I think of the happy times when we were together ,I wish time could held on and we would never grew old.

Providing a heathy way to spend the leisure time,playing badminton has been my favourate sport.To play badminton ,you need a racket,a shuttle and suitable shoes and comfortable clothing ,which allows you to move and strech with ease.The objective(aim) of the game is to hit the shuttle over the net so that  it lands in your opponent's court before it can be returned.You can hit the shuttle fast ,slow,high,low. Like tennis,Badminton can be played in singles or doubles.
It is fun to play badminton and not hard to learn. I keep in touch with many friends by playing badminton together every Sunday afternoon.Not only does play badminton remove the fatigue in my body,it also release the pressure in my mind.

I am going to talk about a sport that I would like to try,Tai Chi. According to the traditional Chinese culture,playing Tai Chi every morning is a perfect way to keep fit.You need only suitable shoes and comfortable chothing which allows you to move and stech in ease.To get a better effect of doing Tai Chi,you also need a deep concentration in mind,which will lead and guide the inner energy. The slow,soft and continously flowing movements appear mysterious on the surface .However,it is the cultivation of one's internal mind and energy.
I would like to try it because there is a cloth link between Traditional Chinese Medicine and Tai Chi. As a student gratuated from  university of Traditional Chinese Medicine,I wish to catch every opportunity to figour out the misery of Traditional Chines Medicine.

I always remember the plot of the film Forrest Gump,which is an Academy Award winning film.It was in a peaceful Saturday night that I saw this film on the internet.Forrest Gump was a romantic film,depicting Forrest Gump's life in several decades.
If you are ever in trouble ,never try to be brave,just run ,run away. This is what Jane said to Gump before he joined the army.In lover's eyes,Gump's safty is more important than the glory he would win.What moved me most is the feeling described from the plot.

Playing computers for a long time,either individually or with friends ,causes a lot of problems .One major issue is the tendency for people to play for hours and neglect their studies.If they stay up very late,they will have trouble getting up in the morning for school or work.Another issue is the lack of exercise because the player spend so much time sitting down.If teenagers waste a lot of  time playing on the computer and do no exercise,this can lead to heath and obesity problems.In addition,spending hours using the console controls and making repetitive movements many times can cause eye strain or muscle problems.

Providing a way for the youngsters to show their talent, The Top Singer has been the most predominent and dynamic TV programme for three months.I enjoy watching this programme every Friday night in our sitting room leaning to my close friend Oringe,who is a easygoing and understanding girl.
All the judgers in the programme are huge celebrities ,and the candidates are in their vigorous youth.It is the decent dancing and the elegent songs that facinate me a lot.Sometimes we are triggered in a passion to conquer every obstacle in our lives by an energetic song,while sometimes we cannot help in tears when the judgers have to kick off a exerllent talent.Oringe is planning enrol and  compete in this programe,so far as I know,she is always dreaming of being a superstar.

Fanny is a outgoing and amusing girl who I met in September on my travel.We participated in the same guided tour with other 24 members from the whole country.To our surprise,we live in the same district in Shanghai ,and we are in the same age. Due to the tough weather ,like cold wind and low temperature,I caught a fever on the mountain.Fanny taken good care of me and told me many things about womanhood.
We play badminton in the Yuanshen Stadium every weekend after we returned Shanghai in the same airline on 21st September.Sometimes,we watch a film after exercise.She offer me many advices when we talk about my plans .I find it funny when she laugh and cough.I am influenced and inspired in many ways from her.For instance,she said "Everyone can criticise,complain and condemn,however,it takes self-control and charactors to be understanding and forgiving,she told this to me. " I always remember this when I am out of control.

007,谢谢你的鼓励，不过现实很不乐观。我6.1日开始买书复习雅思，当时去朗阁雅思和英孚英语测试，口语都是5.5，复习了5个月，10.27日的雅思考试，口语还是5.5.现在马上要重考，只能更加尽心。还好，有了网络课程后，感觉比一个人乱看书更加有循序渐进的感觉，就坚持着吧

5.5 分的口语需要的是大声跟读和背诵最常用的表达和句子，而不是自己造句。主要目的是提高基本交流的熟练度，而不是表达的深度。看看eslpod 那个讲解老师， 是如何用简单的词句，做英语解释的。

A impressive advertisement I have seen recently is a e-mail from 360BUY. 360BUY is a website where you can buy goods online like AMAZON.360BUY  sends me advertisements every week by e-mail,most of them are conveying their low-price commondities and super services.
I received the ad about printer promotion when I was planning to purchase a new printer.The ad was simple but informative.It described the features for the HP Printer with several pictures.It was a name-branded printer with high quality in low price.I ordered one soon after I seen the ad. This printer is now in my office and offers me peace in mind to deal with the office works.As a businesswomen ,I really enjoy the convenience brought by ads.I can be more focus on expanding my business .It is fantastic!
