It is widly accepted that the main reason for overweight is the unbalanced daily diet.The statistics from a food research indicate that fast food market are boosting rapidly.Specifically, people tend to prefer fast food to healthy bland food because of fancy taste and efficiency. However, fast food such as fried chicken, chees pizza and chips are detrimental to our health .Another reason（contributing factor) for this trend is the sedentary lifestyle. Most office workers sit down the chair staring on the computer the whole day to deal with e-mails. With the development of house amenities like washing machine, they do not have to be tired down by household chores.Consequently ,lack of exercises give rise to obesity,even high blood pressure and heart disease.Lastly, depression contributes to the tendency as well.In the demanding and often fast-paced environment, both the workers and the business owners are experencing stiff competetions.One tend to eat out of control when he or she is upset.Besides, the function of digesting system would be aggravated in extremly depression.

In contemporary society, an increasing number of people prefer to travel for fun or on business. In this essay, I intend to analyse some possible causes of this phenomenon and propose the benefits of travelling.

It is obviously that the causes of the rising population of travelers are diverse. Firstly, the improved public transport services available to travelers provide the opportunity to arrive at a remote area conveniently and effectively. For example, the airplane, long distance train, coach are made attractive and affordable alternatives to driving your own car for long journeys. Secondly, for most tour spots, both the facility construction and guiding services are sophisticated and detail-oriented, as a result, people can enjoy peace in mind that they are well protected and comfortable in their destination. For instance , special ways to the mountain top are always built for the travelers. The language barrier is moved over even in the countryside to appeal to the international travelers. Thirdly, people’s purchasing power is augmenting along with the society’s development, especially for the developing countries. Travelling used to lay a heavy burden on traveler’s family , however, it is totally different now. In our country, people are earning more despite the global economic recession.

Apparently, tourists can enrich their experience and release their emotion from travelling. The world is a book ,and those who do not travel read only one page. Providing a dynamic way to spend their leisure time, many people are into travelling for the gorgeous natural scenery, such as virgin forest, crystal clean water and splendid mountain. Moreover, to respect the local life, one need to obey the local rules and community value , which is informative and motivational.  I enjoyed my trip to Xinjiang Province ,northeast of China ,where I finally learnt that in love and life, there comes a time to let go and move on.   

In summary, I think it is the efficient public transport, sophisticated guiding services and people’s affluent disposable income that give rise to this phenomenon. From their journey, travelers have an opportunity to enrich their experience and release their emotions.

In today's demanding and often fast-paced school environments , children are facing a variety of challenges. Expanding workloads and condensed timelines must be managed--without impact on accuracy and quality. In the meantime, weather they should spend their free time to do shool work has triggered heated debate.

It is reasonable for some experts to insist that children's activities must be educational, and they proclaim free time has a negative effect on children's growing. Apparently, with a better memorising ability than adults, teenagers should concentrate on their academic study to gain more information. The more time they spend on school work, the more knowledge they will learn. As only the  students with high scores have access to prestigous universities, it is necessary for students to  sacrifice their free time to focus on academic study. Moreover, educating children's activities helps students to be self-disciplined. As a fundamental contributing factor to success, self-discipline will help them to obey rules and achieve goals.

On the other hand , some educationists hold the opposite opinion and argue that activities are far from being a waste of time merely because they are not academic. A child's education has never been learning skills and information only. It involves teaching the next generation how to respect others , how to communicate with people from differnt walks of life and what role they will take in their future. From chasing peers on the playground and outing with their parents ,the teenagers have an opportunity to expand their experience and be more mature. In addition, a child has every right to relax and have fun in their free time.

Personally,I think children will benefit more with sufficient free time. I used to be a diligent student who was admitted by a famous university. However, I find it difficult for me to motivate my sales team and maitain a smooth relationship with our clients. That I am professional on our product features does not help in emotional issues. It seems that I have to pay for my extra endeavor on academic. Hopefully children would have enough free time doing whatever they want to do.
