还没有收到体检信,看来凶多吉少!
昨天下午给大使馆写了封信:
Dear Sir/Madam:
Two weeks have passed in agitation since I received your email asking me to submit medical examination report and passports of my family. Today I checked with the post office in our district for another time and there is still no sign of any letter for me from the Canadian Embassy. I asked my immigration agent in Canada and they said they had not received any medical examination forms, either.
In addition, I do not know if you have enclosed my passport with the post you sent to me. I hope not.
I was just informed that medical examination forms are usually sent in ordinary mail, which is a very dangerous way to send important documents in China. My guess is that my post has been lost.
Here is my suggestion: if you could arrange another batch of medical examination forms for us, and better still, together with my passport, and leave it in your embassy office in Beijing, I will travel with my family to Beijing and pick it up from you in person by myself. Then we will have the medical examination done in Beijing and send the documents you required to you by EMS right from there. Thus both the embassy and we can save the trouble of another posting adventure. Does that sound Ok to you?
Of course I would appreciate it very much if you could check again if the letter with our medical examination forms have been sent to us at all and where it has been mailed to.
Thank you again for what you have done for an often unlucky immigration candidate who pins his hope in you.
Sincerely Yours |
