发现原来在国内学的英语非常不适用，我们说的句子，当地人也明白什么意思，可是非常不地道，不标准，也不简练。

比如，给你***，当时学的是Here you are！，而这边根本不这么说，而是，Here you go！
那天地铁坏了 ...

昨天看了点产科基础方面的，关于粘液栓在loosen宫颈和vagina里形成的过程，天书啊。打算去了多市上医学相关的课程，估计大部分会是基础方面的课程，想想就觉得英语肯定不行，还是打算先上学校的FULL-TIME英语课程。不过看完医学方面的，再看生活英语心静多了。

记得以前老金说过，用英文能写好一个病例
说明英语（作为医生）基本可以过关了。
看上面那些病的最基本的症状，
老金不是危言耸听啊！
