传一张oakville区房屋买卖统计上来共享,这个sales很用功,每月都更新统计,当然了他的数据也是来自房屋局的数字。这个表格是截至2011年3月底的。这段是他的总结:Avg. Oakville selling price rose 8% (Mar.'11 vs. full year '10) on the strength of significant increases in Morrison, Old Oakville, & Southwest areas. In other neighbourhoods, we are seeing the price moderation predicted by economists, though not yet to the extent projected last Fall. The # of listings is flat compared to last year, and most realtors will tell you we are in a balanced market now with satisfactory inventory to meet demand. What does this mean for you? If you are listing your home in 2011, expect fewer offers, a longer sale period, & depending on your neighbourhood, a selling price up to 3% less than 2010.
Ask yourself these questions:
1) How have selling prices in my neighbourhood performed this year?
2) How does my home compare to the average in the area?
3) What is the best marketing plan for my home and,
