我还没彻底搞清楚IB课和AP课的区别.
一些学校有这个一些有那个,都是在普通高中课程修满后加修的课程,本质上都可以为大学录取提供学习能力的证明.据说是IB课是可以全球范围内申请大学时用,AP就是北美这边用.还要继续研究询问.

I’m writing to you for asking some information about the program. I heard from my friend about this program which is suitable for my son last week. My son is 13 years old , but he has studied grade10 mathematics and chemistry by himself. He always likes to study in advance. It’s unfortunate that I got this information too late to apply before deadline. Could you kindly tell me if there is any chance to apply now? I appreciate it for your helping.

昨天发了邮件,今下午就收到了负责的DOCTOR的电话,约好下月初在她的办公室INTERVIEW, 孩子也面试,要带上学期的成绩单,国内的成绩单(如果有的话)平常的作业,先跟孩子聊聊,如果可以话,再安排参加一个大的考试.
今天小八哥没上学,我赶紧兴高采烈地跟他说了,他很冷淡地问:干嘛要去那里啊,有什么好处啊. 不管3721了,命令他,先去看看再说,她面试咱,咱也要问问她一些事情,双向选择嘛,急什么?!

昨晚吃饭的朋友告诉我们,小八哥PASCAL真能拿满分的话,将会非常轰动,因为这赛事每年拿满分的全球就50人左右,集中在亚洲台湾新家坡地区,加拿大一般不会超过10人,因此相关机构会暑假邀请他们去滑铁卢大学听大学教授将课一周,以鼓励这些孩子.

Dear Betty,

    I'm the mother of an eight grade student who's now studying in XXXXX Secondary School. XXXX and I came to Canada six months ago. My son is an intelligent and dynamic boy who loves math. He won two medals in the provincial competition held in SFU on February eighteenth of this year: the eighth grade individual first place and the eighth grade individual face-off first place. His team was also the first place eighth grade team.

    I'm writing to get some information about this program. A friend told me about this program last week and I think it would suit my son well. Though he's only thirteen, he's been studying tenth grade math and chemistry on his own, he's interested in more advanced subjects. Unfortunately, by the time I got this information, the application deadline had passed. I'd like to inquire as to the possibility of submitting a late application, I'd appreciate any help you could give me. The accessory file contains a photo of the medals.
