有朋友是工程师吗？在写定居计划的时候要给出可证明自己“具有工程师认证资格”的证明材料，这是什么样的材料啊？

原文：If your work experience is in an occupation that is regulated in Saskatchewan
and requires mandatory (compulsory) certification or licensing, you are
required to obtain proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan licensure to be able to
work in that profession before you apply to the SINP. Proof of eligibility for
Saskatchewan licensure from the regulatory body is required as part of your
SINP application.
