那路口只有信号灯，没有挂可以U turn牌子，不能直接U turn调头的。

加上前面有个链接里拿到275元罚单的事例，看来在魁省，确实不能cross a solid line. 不过前面链接的老兄提到三种特例：there are 3 exceptions to the rule.
1) Slow moving vehicle (Assuming that is must be appropriately marked)
2) Debris on the road
3) Passing a bicycle

等我搜搜他人在U turn方面收到罚单的案例，从中学习。
嗯，搞明白了，免得吃罚单，有备无患。『呵呵』
你的这种情况，我认为可以这样：车A在路口的时候不要右转而是直行，到下一个街区路口右转，然后直行到路口后再右转就到了D。
出来的时候呢，若仍是从D出来，不要左转，直接右转，经过B和C后左转就可以原路返回了。

A driver cannot do a U-turn at an intersection where a sign prohibits it or on a road marked with a solid line since it is prohibited to cross such a line. 看来也就是说，在路口，只要没挂禁止U turn的牌子，U turn就是合法的.
但接下来的问题，是该U turn到哪条lane上去。
通常要左转U turn的车， turn之前是在最左边的lane上， turn之后，应该还是在最左边吧？ 可是能做到那么小半径的turn么？
关于U turn，这里有个蒙城老司机的解答：
I have been driving in Quebec for twenty odd years and as far as I know a U-turn is allowed if there is no sign prohibiting it. I don't think there are many opportunities to make a U-turn down town, it's easier to go around the block. Montreal drivers are not patient and if you stopped in the left lane waiting for a chance to turn around, I think you may be ticketed for impeding the flow of traffic. But if it can be done safely without slowing traffic, I don't think you'd have a problem.
