从前面链接里下面信息来看，n many jurisdictions, passing on the right is illegal. Ontario is not one of them:
150. (1) The driver of a motor vehicle may overtake and pass to the right of another vehicle only where the movement can be made in safety and,
(a) the vehicle overtaken is making or about to make a left turn or its driver has signalled his or her intention to make a left turn;
(b) is made on a highway with unobstructed pavement of sufficient width for two or more lines of vehicles in each direction; or
(c) is made on a highway designated for the use of one-way traffic only. R.S.O. 1990, c. H.8, s. 150 (1).

1，So if you were driving on a 2 lane road not highway and the person in the left lane is going slow and you wish to pass, is it illegal if you pass on the right lane?
2，I can be wrong but I think passing means:
change lane
pass the car
change back to the original lane.
What if:
change lane
pass the car (because of speed difference)
stay on the new lane.
Does it consider to be 'passing'?

感觉你这不算右线超车，是变线行驶，这种情况下，要提前打变线提示灯，注意变线车道的后车速度，在安全情况下做动作。一般来说，新手还是尽量避免在左线走，这样可以减少这种麻烦，即使在没有专用右转车道的路口，也不会因为等待前车右转而被后车按喇叭。

一般来说，左线是快车道，也是超车道。加拿大车速普遍比限速高10%到15%，对新手来说，因为速度感不好，免不了宁慢勿快的心理，这样，本来就有点紧张，速度上不去，如果在左线走，很容易影响后面的车流速度，再被人按一下喇叭，就更紧张了，何况被人一次次从右线超车也不是舒服的事情。所以，建议尽量走右线。

大雪天，进车时鞋会带进不少雪，油门踏板那个区域就会有水，脚垫底下都是湿的。 这样对车肯定不好吧，如何让它干爽呢？
我今天下午把车前排左右窗户都放下，希望空气流动，让水汽蒸发下。 但估计效果甚微。
明天出门时，打算去掉脚垫，暖风开打，专吹腿脚区域，也许能干得快一些。
坛友们还有啥好办法？
