那些都是移民申请过程中的代号。

这个是移民初级问题了。。。。。。
ME: medical exam（体检）     MER: ME received（已经收到体检结果）

FN: file NO. （档案号）          RN：这个我没碰到过，不了解了。。。

UCI/FN都是CSQ上的号码（CSQ：Certificate of Selection in Quebec，魁北克甄选证明）

PL: picking up letter（签证通知） DM: decision made（材料已经审理完毕）

IP: in process（正在处理中）

其他的还有一些如：LP: landing paper（签证纸）   VO: Visa Officer（移民官） BC: Background Check（背景调查）
等等
不过这些都是魁北克的状态，申请联邦的好像还有一些其他的缩写（像你说的那个S2好像就是申请联邦的）

2nd AOR/FN: 2nd acknowledgement of receipt/ File Number 档案号(各地visa office发的，可以在网上查进度)
ME: medical examination 体检
MER: medical examination result 体检结果
DM: decision made 结论已做出
MER+DM: 收到体检结果并做出结论
PL: Pickup letter 取签信
LP: Landing Paper 登陆纸/移民纸
