9月13日电子ME的，邮件里关于体检后递交材料的时间有矛盾，摘录如下：

前面的时间是给到11月13日，从发ME的时间算是60天，后面又说是45天。
请问我应该是60天还是45天之内就应该把材料寄到使馆？（45天对我们来说很紧张）
