请教一下安省健康卡要153之后才能申请吗？

在http://info.london.on.ca/details.asp?id=14093 看到“Eligibility / Population(s) Served:All legally entitled residents of Ontario * must make a permanent and principal residence in Ontario and be present in Ontario for at least 153 days of any twelve month period ”是住满六个月后才能申请？我印象中好像是三个月啊。是不会是我理解错了吧？不会要等那么长时间吧？到时候再申请不知道多久才能下来？

那是指，当你申请到了健康卡之后，为了保持健康卡的有效性，理论上要满足这些在安省居住的要求，不然他们有权作废你的健康卡，等你确保你自己能满足这些居住要求后再重新申请。

现在可以申请，但还是登录3个月后才生效。

要在登陆之后亲自去所在地的服务柜台申请，他们会当场给你照相，然后发个回执告诉你什么时候健康卡生效。

需要带两个有照片的ID。 外加银行邮寄账单或开户资料或手机花费账单，总之能证明你的地址的文件。

前者好办，用护照和枫叶卡搞定；
后者能用租房合同吗？还没办银行卡呢。。

可以先去开户，等收到银行信再去办健康卡不迟呀，因为卡的生效日期是根据你的登录日期而不是办理日期来计算的，例如，你9月1日登录，那么就算你10月30日才去办卡，卡也会在12月1日生效。

我昨天刚读到《WELCOME TO CANADA》手册里说，安大略是申请后三个月枫叶卡会生效啊，而且特别提示登陆后要尽快申请健康卡，因为是以申请后开始算的三个月。

也可能手册的信息有滞后，比如手册上说NB省也是申请后三个月，实际上NB现在已经改了，我的亲身经历是申请后差不多两周左右就有卡号，凭卡号可以享受免费医疗了。

楼上说登陆后三个月，也许就是安省现在的实际情况？

你说的这个还是不明确。 明确的是要看官方网站。
a) If you move to Ontario from another  country :
   The waiting period begins  on the date you establish or re-establish residence in Ontario. If you are an eligible temporary  resident, such as a foreign worker or clergy member who meets the citizenship  and residence requirements described in Ontario's Health Insurance Act, the  waiting period begins on the date you establish residence in Ontario.
  Your coverage begins when  the waiting period ends - after three calendar months.
  For example :
   

Date Residence is Established in Ontario	Coverage Begins
January 15 May 3 November 30	April 15 August 3 February 28

   
b) If you move to Ontario from another  province or territory where you had provincial/territorial health insurance coverage :
  If you move to Ontario directly from another province and apply for  coverage, your OHIP coverage will begin on the first day of the third month  after establishing residence in Ontario,  provided you were insured in your previous province or territory.
    Your valid health card from  your former province will continue to provide you with health insurance coverage  in accordance with that province/territory’s plan during this three-month  waiting period.
    For example :
  

Date Residence is Established in Ontario	Coverage Begins
January 15 May 3   November 30	April 1 August 1 February 1

再多说一点儿， 为什么要看本省的官方网站呢？ 因为健康医疗是由省政府负责的， 联邦政府不管。

加拿大三级政府，各司其职（由宪法分配）， 没有隶属关系， 只向各级议会负责。 简单的说，总理任免不了省长， 省长也任免不了市长。总理。省长，市长的任免只能分别由联邦议会，省议会和市议会决定。
