最新的财务自主声明的填写A-0522-F0。。求助。。

各位老大。。最新版的财务自主声明A-0522-F0，法语版，法语初学。。。看了一下，因为本人是单身申请，貌似填写的地方也不多。
问几个比较弱的问题。。

1. 第一页的内个表我要填吗？如果要填，是填$2800吗？
2. 第二页。。。我写家庭地址的时候在后面无耻地写上了全篇唯一一个法文-Chine，好吧，这个问题取消。。
    第二页空了一半
3.第三页，还是价钱问题，就是向大侠确定一下是不是$2800..

好啦 我已经自己解决了这个问题啦~~是2800~~

不过又有新问题了。。。魁北克那表上8.1.。。。不知道填哪个。。。英国学历，官网上说明只有法国学历才选第四个。。。不懂了。。求助。。

8.1 Are any of the diplomas entered under Question 8 Québec diplomas or their equivalent and found among these choices:
Québec diploma
Canadian diploma
Diploma or training recognized as equivalent by a Québec regulatory body (except medical degree)
Foreign diploma covered by a mutual recognition agreement (ARM)
Other __________________________________________________________________________________________________________

1、第一页是填表指南，你不用写什么，也不用交的，不过。。。很显然这个指南你没看哦 ；
2、空了一半，是因为你单身，填完电话号码就没啥好填的了；
3、>=$2800。
