跪求赐教:英文推荐信需要公证吗？

我直接写好英文的推荐信，让单位人力资源部领导签字盖章，就有效吗？还是需要把这个公证？

His main responsibilities were diagnosing and treating diseases and physiological disorders for children and acting as consultants to other physicians. He had sufficient medical knowledge and professional skills of diagnosis and treatment to fulfill his duties. During his employment the annual salary was RMB 70,000.
