Skills Required
•Strong Object Oriented design and C++ programming skills
•Concurrent programming, inter-process communication and network programming experience
         Exposure to digital video processing concepts

•Java development exposure
•Ability to analyze, debug, and prototype solutions and accurately document and communicate designs
•Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience


Skills Preferred

         Familiarity with broadcast industry concepts like timecode, SDI, PAL/NTSC/HD, VBI, ancillary data, subtitles, etc.

•Video / Audio compression formats : h.264, VC-1, MPEG2, etc.
•Image formats: Color spaces, bit depths, etc.
•DirectShow,  DirectX or similar
         Digital Right Management: WMDRM, PlayReady, etc.

         Media streaming: HTTP, RTSP, etc.

•Exposure to Agile engineering practices

两大博士过来前一定要把相关知识扎扎实实的更新一遍，
估计在国内你们语言也碰得相对少吧。

我们公司也不是这个方向的。

还需要嵌入式开发的人，如果有经验的可以发简历来试一下：）
