我老公三年前在国外念书，去年回国。今年6月份的时候，他托在国外的朋友帮他办了那三年的无刑证明，如果有半年的有效期，那不是已经快过期了吗？还是说，国内办理的无刑才有半年有效期之说，在国外已经某个过去的时间段，不受半年有效期影响？

不懂，瞎猜一下楼上的问题。我认为国外已经发生的历史问题不受半年或三个月的影响，近期的半年或三个月内好像要证明没有刑事记录。

每个人都会遇到不同的难题，CIC为什么没有对文件的具体要求和标准呢，让大家猜来猜去的，好郁闷啊。

按道理讲，对某个历史时期（时间段）的无刑应该是没有有效期的问题，因为是已经发生过的事情，其状态也不会随着时间的推移而发生变化。

你理解得对。如果已经从国外回中国常住了，国外的无刑事证明一直有效。

HOPE版,我目前只能提供2006-2010之间的所得税记录，2006年之前的个税记录没有，怎么写说明信？
就说税务局没有记录，而我自己是交的吗？

你知道为什么没有记录吗？
使馆让大家交纳税记录的目的在于察看申请人是否在他/她所说的单位工作，并不是税务局。

去大厅问，说是让单位会计去找单位的税务片管开手工证明，都这么多年了，到哪里去找当年的会计啊？
工作经历的证明我有全部的社保记录，把网上查询的记录打印下来并翻译了。

我想这样写个解释，你看行不行：
All of my Income tax has been withheld and paid by my company since 2003,but I have only received the tax certificate from 2006 to 2010.
The answer from the Sub-Bureau of Taxation of Local Administration is that they can not print those records from their computer system.

当然可以。 无法出示税单的那部分，让单位开一个“代缴证明”即可。

让单位开一个“代缴证明”没有问题，但是我不知道具体的数据啊，估计财务查起来也比较麻烦。
可以估计一个大概的数据（平均每年2万左右），让单位直接盖章吗？

可以估计，不必十分精确。注意跟你那段时间的收入对照起来。

终于找到无刑事证明的要求了，摘录如下：

Police certificatesAll applicants must submit police certificates/clearances as part of the application process.
Note: Do not submit your police certificates to the CIO. If your application is placed into processing, you will be required to submit the police certificates to the Canadian visa office indicated on your application.
You and all of your family members who are 18 years of age and older and are not permanent residents or Canadian citizens will have to provide:
•a valid police certificate, or
•police clearance, or
•record of no information.
These documents are to be provided for each country other than Canada, in which you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18.
Note: If you or your family members were under 18 years of age (16 years of age in certain jurisdictions) for the entire time you lived in a particular country, you do not need to provide a police certificate for that country.
Before submitting your application to the CIO, you should:
•begin to gather your police certificates, and
•research the estimated length of time required to obtain police certificates from all of the applicable jurisdictions.

Consult our website for specific and up-to-date information on how to obtain police certificates from any country.
Police certificates are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued. If your application is placed into processing, these certificates must be submitted before your application can be finalized. Failure to submit police certificates when requested to do so within a specified period of time may result in the refusal of your application.

Note: If a final decision is not made on your application before the expiry of your police certificate, the visa office may request that you provide a new one. （这个也很关键，一年内不能DM的话，需要重新办理无罪证明）

1、我看到薄荷的补料记录：【清华认证机构将我告知的档案号添加到了正在审核的认证报告里。】
我6月份做清华认证的时候还没有RN，那么，现在是否就直接把寄来的原件提交就行了，还是要重新办理？

2、SW_DOCUMENT_LIST_EN 中要求所有的材料都要是原件的复印件，哪些是需要提交原件的呢？
All required documents must be photocopies of the original documents, unless otherwise indicated in the list below and must be of excellent quality or they will not be considered. The Visa Officer may request the original of any photocopied document submitted.

1、清华认证，
2、雅思成绩单，
3、推荐信，
4、存款证明，

发现大问题了：
今天才发现：E37155的8月版本发生了很大变化，有可能需要根据它来补料了。
还好发现的不晚，主要是副申的要求与SW不同。

这个周末进展很大，多亏HOPE版和其他筒子及时指点。
1、昨天把该填的表都填了，该写解释的都写解释了，主要是个税和社保。
2、今天下午匆匆把存款证明（招行）和无罪证明（公证处和派出所）拿到了，明天去公证处。
3、照片过了，明天可以拿到。
4、刚把申请表打印了一遍，准备检查。
5、把需要盖章的资料全部盖好章，准备检查。

今天夜里要继续准备checklist。
resume那个表比较麻烦，明天晚上填吧。

ROBERT, 问一下， 你上面讲的4， 是指那些当时寄加拿大的申请表（IMM0008 和其他的表）吗？我记得好像我们只要把当时的复印件在加上一些这次的变化给北京使馆吧，还是要根据那个RN 的EMAIL里那些表从新填一遍？

是的，修改一下好了。
只不过这次要求不同了，有的表格副申也要的（比如imm0008egen），你仔细看看要求吧。

那得多高的工资啊！
