20) Q: I have moved to Ontario and have an International Driver’s Licence, am I permitted to drive in Ontario?
A: Yes, you are legally allowed to drive in Ontario for 90 days after arrival at which time you are required to apply for an Ontario Driver’s licence in order to drive legally in Ontario. Once you have an Ontario Driver’s Licence, your Out of Country or Out of Province Licence is no longer valid.
I don't think so. You can drive with you Chinese driving license only after a certain period you landed in Canada (wherever you land), but you landed before already. It's not every time you land, it's the first time you land.
Also, the example you gave above is for a person with an international driving license, which is recognized in Canada. Yours is a Chinese driving license, not an international one. Chinese driving license is not recognized in Canada.
成为安省居民和获得landed immigrant status以及取得枫叶卡是两回事。你上次短登算不上move,充其量是visiting。不放心直接问MTO。它网站上这么说的:A newcomer to Ontario is required to apply for an Ontario driver's licence within 60 days of taking up residence in the province. http://www.mto.gov.on.ca/english/dandv/driver/drvlicen.shtml
