经过三周、两轮的会议商议，我们已经确定了游行的时间、地点和相关的部分事宜。还需要全体成员的协助和补充。现在是为您的父母站出来，为和您有同样不公正对待的同胞站出来的时候了。
组委会已经联系了国会议员 Olivia Chow（邹致惠）,邀请她届时出席我们的游行，并请她上传我们的呼声。我们希望本月23日那天能看到您、你的家人、朋友和一切有意改变现状的人来参与我们自己的行动。
孝敬我们的父母不容忽视和等待，没人愿意再看到满头华发的双亲期待着团聚又不得不经历一次次繁琐的申请，往返奔波于故乡和北京之间；没人愿意看到双亲每次签证到期时又不得不经历他们不应承受的离别。

Date & Location
After discussed with the Office of M.P. Chow, we have decided to holdthe rally on Saturday Oct 23, at 11 am. The location is at DowntownToronto, King St and University Ave. Please spare the date and attendthe rally for our parents.
Purpose
The purpose of the rally is to urge Equal Processing Times forParental Immigration. This aligns with one of the core Canadianvalues: freedom and fairness. We need catchy rally slogans. Any ideas?
Media Invitation
Invitations have been sent to primary medias in last week. We arewaiting for their responses. So far, OMNI2 has confirmed that theywill come.
Rally Permit
No permit is required as long as we don't march on the streets. But anotification is required to be submitted to the local police station afew days prior to the rally so they can prepare for the crowd.
Supporting Materials
We need to prepare materials to support our purpose such as the processing times data and projected waiting times. We need print some handouts and posters as well.
Attendees
Please post this rally on websites, email and phone your relatives and friends, ask people to come with us. |
