正在准备reference letter,看了一下具体描述,总结我的理解:
1. 必要信息:公司信纸,地址,电话,传真,盖章,工作时间,职位,职责,年薪福利,老板/HR签名,名片
2. 根据工作经历不同:
A. 一直在同一家公司。只需要出具一封reference letter,但需要针对每个职位写清楚:职位,任期,职责,年薪,签名可找其中一个老板或是HR。
B. 在多家公司任职。每家公司出具一封reference letter,并针对在该公司任职期间的每个职位写清楚:职位,任期,职责,年薪,签名找老板或是HR。
不知我的理解是否正确?如果这样看来的话,其实这个reference letter更多像是一个列表内容,也没有几句话可写的,我大概写了一个格式,麻烦各位前辈看看这样行不行啊,行的话偶就去马了!

This is to prove that [your name] worked as [title] in [company] during [period]. His/her main responsibilities are [blah blah blah]. During his/her employment the annual salary was [$$$$$].
Shall there be any question please kindly contact our company.

就这么短,再加上个公司letterhead,完事??就这样可以吗?嘻嘻

Original and up-to-date letters of reference from your past and current employers.* Letters must be written on company letterhead and show the company’s full address, telephone and fax numbers, and be stamped with the company’s official seal.
Letters must include all of the following information:
•the specific period of your employment with the company
•the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time spent in each position
•your main responsibilities in each position
•your total annual salary plus benefits
•the signature of your immediate supervisor or the personnel officer of the company
•a business card of the person signing
If you cannot provide a reference from your current employer, provide a written explanation. |
