今天和老婆玩抓阄选登陆地，结果。。。

经过一个月的对登陆地的选择，最终还是没法在温哥华、多伦多、蒙特利尔三个城市之间定落下来，三者各有千秋，实在难以取舍，朋友建议抓阄来定，觉得也是一个办法，遂和老婆一起尝试了一下：第一次抓阄，老婆摸到Toronto，我也摸到Toronto；第二次我们规定手碰到哪个就不许换，这样老婆摸到Vancouver，我也摸到Vancouver，汗，真是抓阄也要抓到一起啊，不愧是有夫妻相的，哈哈哈。不知道这抓阄是不是以第一次为算呢？

扑克牌算命都是第一遍，我想抓阄可能也是。两口子连抓两次都相同，概率很小，神。或许神的意思是，去那里都可以。

I am a little confused. Didn’t you put your landing destination in the application forms when you were applying long time ago? As far as I know if you didn’t go through the special Quebec immigration program, you CANNOT land in Montreal.

有时候很无助的时候，也自己玩扑克牌算算，出来的结果不是很理想时想再来一次，希望有更好的选择，但往往都是第一次的灵验。

联邦的移民可以去魁北克，魁北克移民不可以去联邦。你要去的地方可以和申请地不同，这无所谓，相当多比例的移民都是这样做的，不要担心。

Sorry mfcguy, I was talking about landing, and I think it is the other way around. In one of those documents that you get with your visa, there is a line that says something like this, '...Do not attempt to enter Canada at a port of Entry in Quebec unless you have been accepted by Quebec and have a valid CSQ...’
If you don't have a CSQ (Certificat de sélection du Québec) and you really want to settle in Quebec, my suggestion is to land somewhere else and get the SIN (social insurance number) first, and then move to Quebec. As far as I know it is almost impossible as a new immigrate to get SIN in Quebec without valid CSQ.

我的资金本来都在外面的，就是那次没信迷信的，就掉进去了。如果没有听那个大人物的，听了那个分币的，我现在怎么也不会为了点福利摇啊摇个不停了。

我没找到你提到的那个规定啊，和VISA一起的只有三张纸，一份是白纸打印的信，一份是黄纸找工作的信息，还有一份是蓝纸关于婚姻状况改变的一些信息，三张纸里面都没提到不准我把魁北克作为登陆点的说明啊。

今早又抓了一次，你们猜是什么，看来不去温哥华都不行了，老婆先抓了温哥华，我再抓，又是温哥华，两个人共抓了6次，每次都是两人同去一个地方！竟然一次都没摸到Montreal！晚上继续，索性再来7次，看哪个城市被摸中次数多少来定比较公平，哈哈哈。

Hi mfcguy, it looks like people who apply at Buffalo get that piece of document, and I don't know why. Quebec has always had its own immigration program called Quebec-Selected Immigration, which is very different from the rest of the country. I cannot imagine it would let people who don't have CSQ land in Quebec. Usually people who apply through Federal Skilled Worker class would land some where else first and then move to Quebec. Do you actually know anyone that have done otherwise?
