In one of those documents that you get with your visa, there is a line that says something like this, '...Do not attempt to enter Canada at a port of Entry in Quebec unless you have been accepted by Quebec and have a valid CSQ...’
If you don't have a CSQ (Certificat de sélection du Québec) and you really want to settle in Quebec, my suggestion is to land somewhere else and get the SIN (social insurance number) first, and then move to Quebec. As far as I know it is almost impossible as a new immigrate to get SIN in Quebec without valid CSQ.
我没找到你提到的那个规定啊,和VISA一起的只有三张纸,一份是白纸打印的信,一份是黄纸找工作的信息,还有一份是蓝纸关于婚姻状况改变的一些信息,三张纸里面都没提到不准我把魁北克作为登陆点的说明啊。 |
