It is so inspired to see it usually takes less than one years to finish processing cases applied after Feb 27, 2008. But unfortunately  cases between Sep 1, 2006 and Feb 27, 2008 of Hongkong have been obviously slowed down even up to 5-8 years. It is expected to balance all applicants' trust and faith in Canada.

1、227的快速是通过牺牲9/1的进度来实现的，CIC在如何平衡两者速度上如何作为？
2、香港的进度已经使CIC海外Visa Office的公平、信用和效率严重蒙羞，请CIC考虑加快香港的速度和增加配额，否则经过5~8年等待才拿到签证的申请人，即使到了加拿大，也很容易对生活失去积极心态，对政府信用怀有心里阴影，忠诚度降低。。。

俺英文不好，但为了91苦命人，豁出去了, 英文好的给改改…….然后猛灌……
Comparing to the rapid processing of 227 application cases, the candidates of 9/1 policy were put aside more than two years, especially for those submitting to Hong Kong CIC office. Obviously it is unfair to candidates of 9/1 policy, The CIC VISA officers should seriously consider the balance of processing pace between 2/27 and 9/1 policy. The public image of CIC overseas was damaged by Hong Kong CIC office and the candidates of immigration for Canada have began to doubt CIC’s fairness, credit and efficiency. These candidates would waste a lot of time to fit into Canadian new environment and have no confidence and loyalty for Canadian government and consequently lost positive attitudes on living in Canada even if they finally get the late –coming VISA after waiting for 5-8 years. The most urgent thing nowadays is to add quota for Hong Kong and spur the VISA officer to accelerate the processing speed， which would probably save the CIC’s reputation in time.

1, the fast speed of 227 has been achieved at the expense of 9/1 project schedule.Therefore, how should CIC banlance these two?
2, The Hongkong schedule has already humiliated the
Overseas Visa Office of CIC in the aspects of fairness, credits and efficiency.Hence, CIC should think about accelerating the Hongkong speed and increase its quota, otherwise, even if the applicants, who wont get the visa until 5-8years, arrive in Canada, it will be easy for them to lose positive attitude towards life, to take umbrage at the govenment's credits, and to reduce their loyalty
