IMM0008填表的education的困惑

我们在填表中Education 遇到的问题，我老公的学历情况是 小学5年，初中3年，中专3年，大专3年，本科2年，一共16年。
我们想套用Guide中的 “A three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship AND at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study”， 22 points,  只有这一栏我们拿22分，我们的自评分才为68分。

问题就是，这种情况，我们的how many years of formal education do you have?  填16年，可不可以？

what is your highest level of completed education?  是选 Bachelor's degree 还是 Non-university certificate/ diploma?

选Bachelor's degree 会不会评分按照20分给我们，如果不告知我们有Bachelor's degree，选择Non-university certificate/ diploma，教育时间又只有14年，实在是困惑！

这真是个难题啊
个人建议：认证专科证书。选Non-university certificate/ diploma
但是其他学历照常填写。就是所有教育经历都写上，年份都填上。本科学位只给复印件。体现在简历上吧好像，还有简表中的教育年限。

我现在想到的办法就是imm0008egen 表中education 打勾的地方勾Non-university certificate/ diploma， 这个IMM0008的打勾的部分应该是计算得分的。

SCHEDULE 1填表中的Education的Type of certificate or diploma issued，读专升本的本科经历还是照实写， 但是里的type怎么填，是照实填Bachelor degree,还是就完全不说有Banchelor, 专升本怎么填，还是很困惑？

我老公大专的专业是电力工程，专升本的本科学的专业才是计算机，我们适用的职业是
0213: Computer and Information Systems Managers，如果不写这个专升本的经历，那么到时候他的简历里面这一段就是空白，简历里面怎么写？ 如果照实写Bachelor, VO会不会被我们搞晕了，一不小心给我们20分的学历分，我们的评分就不够67分了，高人再指点一下！
