使馆回信全文如下：

Dear Kiki,

Please be advised that your application has been finalised and that you may come to the Embassy to pick up your Visa as of March 21st.

Only one of the applicants need come pick up the Visas, they should bring picture identification and the file number.

Pick up times are Monday to Thursday from 14:30 to 15:30, please go to window A, B, or C at the Immigration Section of the Canadian Embassy, 19 Dong Zhi Men Wai Da Jie, Chao Yang District. Beijing.

If you wish to have a representative, who is not the applicant, pick up results from our office please read the following information:

NOTICE FOR THE THIRD PARTY

A third party may collect visas, supporting documents, withdraw the application or inquire about case status only on presentation of all of the following documents:

A copy of applicant's identity card.

Original identity card of the party who comes to the embassy on applicant's behalf.

A written authorization signed and dated by the applicant stating what action the third party has been authorized to take on
applicants behalf to pick up visas. May be English or Chinese.

to 多伦多，我连着发了几封信询问，内容都差不多，就是说体检都过了这么久了，什么时候能给我签证之类的。可能VO不愿意我再烦他们，一顺手就给我签了吧，嘿嘿！

我发的是电子邮件，使馆给我回的也是电子邮件。我把我的询问信贴出来，仅供参考：

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an independence immigration applicant for permanent residence in Canada with file number B042XXXXXX.

I am writing to ask you when my case will be finalized. I took the Medical Examination on XXXXXX and I submitted all documents you required On XXXXXX. As far as I am acknowledged, normally the visa shall be issued approximately 2 or 3 months after the medical check. Could you tell me the reason for the delayed progress of my application?

I have spent nearly 40 months on this application. I am very disappointed with my immigration process. I hope it would be finalized as soon as possible. Your understanding and cooperation with quick feedback will be highly appreciated.
