第一个问题要看从哪个角度来说。对媒体发布者和受众来说是不同的吧。

第二个什么人能做得到呢？受众肯定不行。

第三个，我觉得不会。媒体的发布者都是自己的偏向性，只会从自己的角度出发。

最重要的媒体的最主要功能是C，呵呵；其它媒体（可能数量居多）应该是a或b，不过，任何与c冲突的时候，都要让步；

想改变的不是媒体自身能做到的，就是：讲真话。

全球化可能可以同化一些弱小文化，不过，应该改变不了一些各自文化的精华部分。所以，还是乐观的。如果因为全球化而消亡的文化，生命力不强，真的生存不下去，可以像博物馆一样，给它们一些地方向后人展示，没准能成为后人的主流文化，呵呵。

I think “persuasion” may fairly qualify as the primary function of Chinese media. In the view of Chinese government, there is nothing more than they want to make up and sustain a nation in a harmonious way. Thus, harmony is an absolute standard that every aspect, especially media, should live up to, which can be largely and hopefully achieved by publishing the ideas only permitted by the government.

2 If you could change one thing about the media in China,   what would you change?
I am looking forward to a high degree of independency and autonomy shown in the news report.

Well, to be honest, neither optimistic nor pessimistic attitude may tell the whole story. In fact, I believe idea of “same media content” cannot survive its way due to the reason that media is always the effective way one’s culture indicates.

我觉得现在中国的电视节目，主要功能还是偏向于娱乐性。因此选B。

基于以上现状，我觉得中国媒体应该多一些有营养的东西，也就是增强上题的第三项功能，多些知识性的、教育性的内容。但不要为知识而知识，而是寓知识于趣味之中，不喜欢恶趣味。

不喜欢全球统一化。各地区各国家应该保留自己的特色和文化。这是应该提倡的，而不应该淹没和压制。
