2009 Property Tax Grant Application

above link is for Home Owner Grant to its Property Tax. I am wondering what kind of forms shall be fulfilled to apply the basic grant and additional grant.

Who has such experience before?

It seems you two are talking about two taxes?

for home owner grant, i believe it is for school levy, the application form is usually attached with the tax statement, just fill it and send it back with check.

可能出租就不能申请那个补贴了？上面倒是有写是自己的主要居所，而且夫妻只能申报一个物业（如果有多于一个的话）。

我上面以为你在说租金收入的税呢，呵呵。

Well,

1, 65+ Ages or others , grant = 845
2, under 65 yrs Ages, grant = 570
3, no grant

if you choose item 2, it is for basic grant. maybe you are eligible for additional grant like low income and/or disability grant.

please figure it out.

If eligible, please complete the forms and submit by due date July 2, 2009

How to Apply for the Grant

Before applying for the Home Owner Grant, please review the Eligibility Criteria.
The Home Owner Grant application form is included on the back of your property tax notice. You can also use form FIN 78, Application for Homeowner Grant. Rural applicants can complete the electronic application form and submit it online.
Application should be made prior to the due date for your property tax. If you live in an incorporated municipality,return the form to your municipal Tax Collector. For rural areas,please send the application to the Surveyor of Taxes office or to alocal Government Agent office (opens a new window).
