"I am 18."
When you have an answer about her age from a woman, especially a western woman, don't take granted she is telling you the truth. In fact, it is so rude to ask any lady about her age and body weight. Instead of saying "it's none of your business", they will give you that answer in a polite way. The ladies who are not very much accquainted with you will properly give you a shitty face.
Men don't really consider it as offensive to be asked for their age. Most likely, they will tell you their real age except those guys who look far older than their real age and are too much concerned about their mature-looking.
Honestly, I have been replied "I am 18" by two western women who I met on facebook. I was upset at their false answers because the frowns on their faces hinted me that they were actually in their 30's. But I realized that they were just not making me too much embarrassed and, in the meantime, protecting themself.
There are such many rules we have to follow, since all of us are living in various societies. Learn the rules and benifit youself.
If one day I am asked for my age by a lady, here is the answer:
"I am 19."
