1.一份委托书（包含档案号、所有委托人身份证号、代理人身份证号、所有委托人签名）传真给使馆一份，代理人一份。
2.给代理人传真所有委托人的身份证copy，一定要清晰。
3.代理人持本人身份证、委托书传真件、身份证copy传真件取签。
下面是委托书的样本：



现委托 xx（身份证号： ）到加拿大驻华大使馆为xxx(身份证号：） 和xx（身份证号：）领取技术移民签证，请给予办理。谢谢合作。
