no, i don't think so, if you don't care your rights ,then who should do? you know that the police is a good job in china, there are thousands of people to compete one position, if this police is complained for his fault in working, there  must  be a lot of people wanting him to fail then they could replace him, so this police is scared to be complained aslo.

don't waste  the rights given by the god,  mouth is for saying,  eyes are for looking,
