有没有已经递交了阿省提名的朋友

我今天收到了退件，列举了很多不合格，关键是亲属关系有点看不明白
the AINPdoes not accept sworn declarations.affidavits or notanal certificates as sufficient supporting documentation to de monstrate a qualifying relationship between the sponsor and the candidate是不是说不接受公证材料。哪位高人给翻译一下

我交的亲属关系是我的出生公证，我父亲的出生公证，还有我姑姑的出生公证。不明白为什么不对，现在不知道怎么办才好，阿省是不是不承认公证，它上面说的是这个意思吗？有没有已经拿到档案号的朋友，能指导一下。

在阿省的网上看到的关于亲属证明：
What information is required to prove the direct family relationship?
Certified copies of official documents demonstrating the relationship between the Sponsor and Candidate are required with an application under the Family Stream. Common examples of official documents which may help prove the relationship include Birth Certificates, Adoption Documents, Citizenship Documents, Passports, and/or Family Register Documents.
You must consider whether or not there are sufficient official documents to clearly show the connection between the Sponsor and the Candidate. For example, if the Sponsor is the Aunt of the Candidate, the following must be included with the application:

Official documents showing the Sponsor’s parents
Official documents showing the Candidate’s parents
Official documents showing the Candidate’s grandparents

不知现在该政策的情况如何，昨天看他们的官网上面说截至9月份申请已经爆满了，晕啊。

看了这段话，吓了我一跳，以为是AINP的名额爆满。上去官网一看，说的是阿省在九月份对公众开一个AINP的Information Session,现在为止，参加Session的名额已经满了。

关于你的情况，出生公证是承认的，我刚收到阿省的回复：For the family relationship, notarized documents are sufficient and this is what our office requires. For a niece relationship you should be providing 3 documents. You should provide us with certified copies of the niece's birth certificate, the sponsor's birth certificate, and the birth certificate of the sponsor's sibling (who is also the parent of the niece). These birth certificates should include parents names which will clearly show the family relationship.

问题可能出在出生公证的内容上没有达到要求。

出生公证的内容全国都是统一的，有差别吗？楼主能提供详细点的回信吗？？最近退料的很多，兄弟姐妹的都退了！the birth certificate 他们的本意是出生证明吧？

转一个朋友博克内容：

在2008年6月开始，加拿大阿尔伯塔省移民局开始实施了亲属担保移民项目，但到目前为止，有很多申请材料被退，退料的理由是亲属关系不明确，不接受这种亲属关系证明文件，但根据《中华人民共和国公证条例》的相关规定，亲属关系只能使用《出生公证》和《亲属关系公证》来证明，到目前，国内还无法出具其他形式的亲属关系的官方证明文件。

另外，根据《中华人民共和国卫生部》的相关规定，只有1988年后出生的才有《出生医学证明》，在这之前出生的都没有这个“证明”，因此证明亲属关系就更难。
