前一段时间好象有一份关于中国现代化水平的报告，说是中国和发达国家的差距为100年，我觉得很实际。
在北京、上海有机会接触上层社会的人，一般的中产阶级可能感觉不到这么大的差距，对于普通百姓来说，硬件设施上也感觉不到吧？但是想一想在发达国家的不能说到处都是北京、上海，也差不多处处是了（仅指生活的舒适程度，而不是指纯粹的建筑），再有就是人的素质问题，就是北京、上海又怎么样？
