以前改申请费都是按照签收时间来的。
这个修订应该会被通过的。

楼上的是07年4月的申请了，应该还是按照旧法来处理吧。是08年2月27号以后的申请才用新法处理是吧？

这个只能由命运来安排了，还是按照原定计划来进行好了，呵呵！

我觉得这样的话他们以后可以继续慢吞吞的。
每年随便弄几个过去。
那些等不到的就自以为没被selected到，就不那么嚷嚷了。
这个办法挺好的。

another problem for CIC: they can't reject more because the job is not needed, simply because the labor market is changing.
