SENIOR MANAGER

• Banking experience (3-5 years or more) in Canada or China.
• Ability to promote, develop, and expand sales and markets penetration via consultants, internal and external referral sources,
• Attract new business to the organization within prescribed geographic territory.
• Relationship management and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and managerial leadership are essential to lead a sales team.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills are required.
• Must possess good command of written and spoken English, and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
• Willing to travel locally and work during the weekends.
