关于NOC的问题

诸位XD,JM们，我有个问题请教一下：
本人在某著名通信外企工作９年，９年间做过６年的技术服务，职责主要是处理客户运行网络中的设备问题。另外３年做的是通信网络售前的技术工作，方案设计，投标，集成等。象我这样的工作经历，如果在NOC中选择职位，选择２１４７合适吗。

还有几个问题请教：
１）因为工作期间变换过部门，那么我在填写work experience时，是否要具体到部门。
２）在回答which do you intend live in Canada?这个问题时，因为还没有定，能随便填一个吗？
３）小孩的护照还没有办下来，填NA可以吗？
４）在回答Your Current Occupation?时要具体一些吗，能否直接填engineer?

2, 只要区分联邦跟魁北克省。也就是说，不是魁省移民的话，蒙特利尔要慎重。
