是不是下面几项啊？

Canada

1. photocopy of Record of Landing or Canadian Citizenship
Certificate 登陆记录或公民证
2. proof of current residence of your closest relative in Canada
加拿大最近亲属当前住址
3. birth certificate(s) of this relative indication the names of
his/her parents (kinship certificate is not acceptable)  出生证
明（含有其父母的名字）
4. proof of relationship and residence of your relatives in
Canada or if your spouse or common-law partner is a Canadian or
permanent resident in Canada, please provide evidence to support
this claim  加拿大亲属证明和住址（怎么发觉和上面的2相同啊）

如果需要补料香港，是不是补上面的就够了？
