请问投递北京地址条，是否必须先贴在买好的挂号信上？还是直接打印出来的地址条就好了？

Include four (4) mailing labels or envelopes with postal codes. The labels or envelopes must contain your
mailing address in both Chinese characters and in pinyin.
和简表一起邮寄的必须有4个地址条或者4个有邮政编码的信封，地址条或信封必须要将你的收件地址用汉字和拼音表明清楚
