我现在CIC上的状态是withdrawn,详细内容如下：

We transferred your application to the Los Angeles office on June 21, 2007. The Los Angeles office may contact you.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

询问了美国的中介,这是回信. 还有一个从加拿大大使馆发的PDF附件.意思和中介说的差不多吧.

Hi Mr,
Your application was transferred to Beijing office for "program integrity". Please refer to the attached letter. They probably want to interview you.
We will receive the next letter from the Canadian Embassy in Beijing in about two months. That letter will give you another file number and also request for some more documents. Ms. Helen will send you an email once we receive that letter.
