取过 Visa 的XDJM 请帮助

我拿到了取Visa 的通知,打算月底去取,请教几个问题:
取Visa 时,移民官回问什么问题?
用的语言是英语还是普通话?
应该如何准备口语?

1) they won't ask you any questions
2) go to a small window outside the embassy, get a number, then wait in line at the entrance
3) get into the room, wait until your number is shown on the screen, or hear your number is called
4) get visa at a window - normally there will be a Chinese
