FN被寄丢了,有同样经历的同学吗?

请教:我3月8日递香港,至今未收到FN. E-Mail 查询,答曰已于7月21日寄出.原文如下:
Dear Sir/Madam,

In order to protect your privacy, we are unable to provide you your file number over the internet as we require an original signature to verify your identity.

We have received your application and sent an acknowledgement letter on July 21, 2007 your mailing address on your application form.
我于8月25日用航空挂号寄出身份证复印件,亲笔签名,汇票复印件和带签名的申请简表最后一页,并发E_Mail 问讯.
Dear Sir or Madam:
I was very grateful to receive the reply of the Consulate General of Canada in Hong Kong. Knowing that the acknowledgement letter was sent to me on July 21st, 2007, I felt very pleased. But I havenot received it for some reason. I am really sorry to bother you to sent an acknowledgement letter to me again.
I have sent a letter to the Consulate General of Canada in Hong Kong on August 25,2007, The letter contains the copy of my identification card, my original signature, the copy of the Bank Draft , my mailing address and so on. I will appreciate it if you could send another acknowledgement letter to me after verifying my identity. Sorry to bring you the trouble, but I really need your help. Could you send another acknowledgement letter to me?

将近一个月了,香港方面没一点动静.9月17日又发同样内容E_mail ,18日回复:

Please be advised that we require the applicant's name and date of birth to access the file.

Please restate your initial question or request along with the above information.

9月19日把个人情况,没收到FN的现状详细陈述,20日回复:
Dear Sir/Madam,


Please do not send multiple copies of the same enquiry as multiple enquiries may delay our reply. For details, please refer to: http://geo.international.gc.ca/asia/hongkong/immigration/readbefore-en.asp.
今天晚上在所提供网页上看了很久,还是一头雾水.请教各位大侠:有和我同样经历的同学吗?怎样才能让香港再寄一次FN?

将近一个月了,香港方面没一点动静.9月17日又发同样内容E_mail ,18日回复:

9月19日把个人情况,没收到FN的现状详细陈述,20日回复:

有几个细节要注意一下：
1、你邮寄你的“身份证复印件,亲笔签名,汇票复印件和带签名的申请简表最后一页”，这些材料都只有你的中文名字吧？你有告诉他们你的拼音名字吗？
2、如果因为对方寄了但你收不到，就要估计是不是英文地址写得不准确了，因为他们未必会在寄给你的信封上加上中文地址的，这么一来，邮局需要再把英文地址翻译为中文，这个过程很可能就翻译错并投递错了；

所以，建议你不要再发email了，他们已经被每天几千个email逼得快疯了，你应该再等几天，如果还没收到新的FN信，你就再去一次信，写上你要求再发FN的请求，附上他们回给你的电邮内容，把你的拼音名、出生日期写上，并附上自己制作的中英文地址条，最后签名；这样应该能保证新的信件能到你家了。

不要要求通过电邮获得你的FN。考虑到信息安全问题，他们基本不会这么做。最好的办法就是告诉他们FN letter确实丢了，你可以在email里提供你递交材料的时间以及你的姓名，生日，确认邮寄地址（中、英文），叫他们按照你所留的地址再从新寄一封就好了。很多时候他们不写中文地址的，但从新寄发FN letter一般会找中国人把中文地址写到信封上寄来。搞笑的是，很多人在递交文件时已经做了中英双语的地址标签，但领事馆从来不用。
