孩子由夫妻双方共同抚养，这种情况是不是都要选 Yes？我怎么感觉“shared eligibility”另有所指呢。

这个选项只适用于孩子父母离异、分居状态下，两边分担抚养小孩，又想两边都分配到牛奶金的情况。
