New Lease

I have a new lease signed today with that Indian agent. He revised the term according to my comments.

I'll be moving into that spacious, bright, quite, and nicely furnished apartment on Dec. 17.

I feel good now.

i am curious that in canada, we often renew our lease at the beginning of month, how can you do it in the middle of?

i haven't heard any restrictions on when to start a lease and when to renew a lease. it's completely subject to you and your landlord, and of course the availability of the apartment.
