Today is Friday, a wrong day to have evening class, but that's how they schedule the class, sigh.
Being resigned to the fact that it's not possible to finish the reading assignment within the few hours in the afternoon, I decided to spend a little more time to go to Georgetown and treat myself a real lunch not burg or sandwich. I, together with three Korean classmates, went to a small Chinese restaurant on M street, had a good meal with fairly reasonable cost at $10 per person. We ordered too much as we overestimated our capacity. So we ended up eating too much and chose to walk back to school. Walking through Georgetown in a sunny afternoon on Friday was very much relaxing and made me quickly forget the frustration from the morning class.
Now I'm sitting in library with my patent law case book, will try to at least read one case if not all. Life is going on. Class is going on... |
