- Change of immigration representative;
- Request for withdrawal of you application and refund of fees;

是不是说如果能有第4种情况，就可以办理速度快些呢？我加拿大的老板说可以给我加拿大的工作offer，但不知道这个opinion的获得是不是很难呢？
