紧急求助各位前辈，我该用哪种方式不料

收到邮件要求我补护照，因为就护照下月到期了。。然后邮件中有这样一段：

”Please use only one method of submission as outlined below. We do not accept in-person submission of requested documents at the Consulate.

If you already have an online account:
Please upload and submit all the requested documentation via your online account; note that once the due date has passed, you will no longer be able to upload the requested documentation.

If you do not have an online account:
You must submit all the requested information/documents through the IRCC Web Form  http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp, by clicking the “Tell us more” button, selecting “Hong Kong” as the visa office where you sent your application and following the submission instructions. If original documents are requested, please mail all documents in one package to the address indicated below.

Please include this letter with the requested documents and ensure that you quote the application number indicated at the top of this letter on any information you submit.

Please keep this office informed of any change of mailing address, telephone number, email address or change of representative by submitting a signed letter with your new details accompanied by an updated IMM5476 Use of Representative form if you have a representative, via the IRCC Web Form:  http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

我没有online account，我的理解是我该用第二种方法将材料做成一个文件网上提交，大家帮我看看是不是要这么做？
还是要用快递寄到香港？邮件的后面有香港的地址。

又出状况了。。

刚问了我老公，他已经提交了，把需要的资料做成了一个pdf文件，但是他没附官信，自己写了一份说明。。。提交最后一步让确认email地址是否有错，没错按yes，然后页面显示提交成功。并没有收到自动回复的邮件。。

现在的问题是没有附上官信，怎么办？再重新提交一次？

请瑞版，和各位前辈指导一下，谢谢啦！
