昨天收到大信封，仔细阅读其中说明，有这样一句：
If you and/or your dependents are unabe to arrive in Canada prior to the visa expiry date(s), all expired visas must be returned to this office for cancellation.
请教一下，如果是副申之一无法在其签证有效期内登陆，那么：
1）应该怎么退回签证？是连同护照交回签证中心么？需要填退签申请表什么的么？操作流程如何？
2）应该在什么时间退回签证呢？必须在签证过期之后才能退么？过期后多久退有要求么？如果一直没退的话，会有什么后果（比如只是影响该副申日后申请旅游签或是团聚移民，还是会影响到之前登录的主申获取枫叶卡）？
也就是说，到时应该大大方方面带微笑神情自若地告诉移民官：I believe the SP will follow us and arrive in a few months, as now he is temporarily trapped in pilles of business but has been positively planning for his first trip to Canada. blablabla...
