请论坛里面的高手指教：去年9月底，和老公带女儿（不满一岁）去多伦多登陆，待了两周后回国。我和老公的枫叶卡已经在11月份收到，唯独女儿的没有。在CIC官网能用女儿的UCI号码查到状态仍旧是In Process，点开以后状态显示已经给我在加拿大的地址寄了一封信让补充材料。
11月底收到信，让补枫叶卡的照片。短登的时候担心照片不合格，给孩子补照了枫叶卡照片留在加拿大的亲戚家里。收到信以后12月1日把照片寄回信中要求的地址。到现在状态一直没有变化也没有收到枫叶卡。期间给CIC发过邮件，过了很久答复：As indicated in the webform you used to send your case specific enquiry, we do not respond when an application is within normal processing times. Rest assured that if further information is needed, the responsible office will contact you.
今天查询状态变Decision Made了，点进去发现4条状态，其中
3.Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on November 3, 2015. Your Permanent resident card will be mailed to you or if quality assurance is required, made available for you to pick up at a CIC office.
4. We sent you correspondence on November 19, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
第三条状态是变成DM以后新加的，第4条状态是去年让补料的时候一直就有的，是不是可以认为他们接受补料，枫叶卡寄出了？
