请教关于首次入境时B4表格填写的问题（防止以后再带去的...

各位朋友，我问的问题可能很弱，请大家见谅。
目前关于携带物品（初次登陆携带及后续携带）的表格，我只找到了一份

问题如下：
1、我初次登陆不会带什么贵重物品，都是以后再带，也就是有goods to follow.我看到表格中部有个goods to follow的地方需要打勾，那我到底应该把以后要带过去的东西填写在上方的description of goods那还是说把上方的description of goods空着不填，自己再另外自制一个表格写清我以后要带去的东东，跟这个表一起交给工作人员？
2、关于这个表格，请问importer's address是写我们在国内的地址码，我们在加拿大还没有地址
3、上方的cargo control number, country of origin, country of export都怎么填啊？我们是从多伦多登陆，那port of entry就写多伦多吗？
4、下方签字的地方，我看分了四个类型，我们是不是在settler那里签？

If the original template can satisfy your needs, you don't have to provide a new form. Otherwise, you have to create your own inventory.

It's not just a table or inventory you should prepare. You should attach pictures of all goods to follow listed on the table upon submission. Forms without pictures will be denied by CBSA officers. And there's a 12-month time frame for goods to follow, which means you have to import all your goods within 12 months.

2、关于这个表格，请问importer's address是写我们在国内的地址码，我们在加拿大还没有地址

You can leave it blank for now, and fill it out under CBSA officer's instruction.


3、上方的cargo control number, country of origin, country of export都怎么填啊？我们是从多伦多登陆，那port of entry就写多伦多吗？

Those shaded areas are for CBSA only.

4、下方签字的地方，我看分了四个类型，我们是不是在settler那里签？

If this is your first time to enter into Canada as a Permanent Resident, then you should identify yourself as a settler.
